Watermelon sorbet is very easy to make. You do not need an ice cream maker to make this. All you need is a blender and takes only 5 minutes. It is the easiest healthy treat you can make.

How to make watermelon sorbet:
1. Add the roughly chopped watermelon to the blender along with lemon juice. Blend until smooth.2. Strain the watermelon puree and set it aside in a freezer-safe bowl. Meantime, boil water and sugar in a pan and once the sugar is dissolved completely, switch off. Let it cool down.3. Add the sugar syrup to the watermelon puree and mix well.4. Freeze the watermelon puree for 2 hours. You can Scoop into bowls and serve.For a creamier and smooth texture, you can blend it again and freeze it. You can repeat the same procedure three to four times every 30 minutes.Now, watermelon sorbet is ready!
