Watermelon juice by itself is very delicious. Besides having the goodness of watermelon, when you add ginger and lemon, it turns out to be a deliciously refreshing juice. I make this juice often during Summer. If not watermelon juice, I make watermelon sorbet.
In the scorching summer heat, watermelon ginger juice provides a cooling effect and quenches thirst. My kids love its vibrant red color. Watermelon ginger juice is also a perfect detox drink. Try it once, and you will definitely want to add it to your favorites!
If you like berries, you can also add few blackberries and strawberries along with ginger and lemon.

How to make watermelon juice recipe or watermelon ginger juice recipe:
1. Cut the watermelon and remove its seeds. Take out the red pulpy layer, and chop it roughly into pieces. Discard the outer white layer.2. In a blender/mixer, add sugar, watermelon pieces, ginger and lemon juice. Do not add water as watermelon itself has water content in it. Refrigerate for a while and serve chilled. Drink watermelon juice fresh. As the time goes by, the juice will not have the same freshness and taste.Now, watermelon ginger juice is ready! Serve it with ice cubes.
