Vegetable fruit salad is one of the salads that I make very often at home say at least once a week. When I have vegetables and fruits in surplus, I just cut them into pieces and toss them in a tablespoon of honey or just with pepper and serve.
Vegetable fruits salad recipe is super easy and requires no-cooking at all. Since it is a very easy salad, needless to say vegetable fruits salad recipe is Gj’s favorite salad.
These days, I am learning to make a variety of salads. As I learn them, I will post them one by one. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you will certainly know that I am not a salad person at all. I am starting to like them these days. Last week, I learned to make Asian Salad. Vegetable Fruits Salad Recipe – A versatile, flavorful and healthy salad made with vegetables and fruits.
- Apple – 1 no.
- Potato (Boiled – 2 no.)
- Pomegranate – 1/2 no.
- Cucumber – 1 no.
- Grapes – 1/4 cup
- Banana – 1 no.
- Orange – 1 no.
- Carrots – 1/4 cup
- Capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes – 1 (Optional)
- Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – as required
- Cut the fruits and veggies vertically and put them in a mixing bowl. Add pepper powder, salt, and sugar. Toss them well.
You can use any combination of vegetables and fruits you want. If you do not have any ingredients like pomegranate, orange, capsicum etc. just omit them
