Pineapple juice recipe, how to make fresh pineapple juice
Pineapple Juice is rich in so many vitamins and minerals. It is pineapple season now, and I thought I should post Pineapple Juice recipe here. I know most of you knew how to make pineapple juice, still I thought I should bookmark it here. At least it would be helpful for the beginners.
Our family likes pineapple a lot. Usually pineapples are consumed fresh, juiced and cooked. During pineapple season, I will certainly make few of my family recipes like pineapple rasam, sweet and sour pineapple chutney, and pineapple upside down cake.
I recommend using fresh pineapple for making pineapple juice because it would have an adequate vitamins and enzymes.Make sure you use a ripened pineapple to make this juice.
Except for cutting the pineapple and removing its eyes, rest of the work is so easy. A year back, I posted in detail on how to choose and cut a pineapple.Beginners, you might find it helpful because sometimes if you do not remove the pineapple’s eyespots, it might irritate your throat.
My father likes pineapple a lot, and whenever we eat pineapple at home, he would educate us about the goodness of pineapple.
So what are the benefits of drinking pineapple juice? Pineapple helps to fight against stomach infection and arthritis. Also, it is a natural antioxidant and an energy booster.
Though I have mentioned you about the good things that pineapple does, I think as a blogger I need you to give you some warnings too.
- Limit the quantity of pineapple juice if your are pregnant or may be pregnant. In India, in some regions, they would avoid giving you pineapple juice until your first trimester is over.
- Do not drink pineapple juice in excess. It might cause diarrhea or vomiting.
Now having known its health benefits, drink Pineapple Juice in moderation and stay looking young and beautiful.
How to make pineapple juice:
- You can add a small piece of ginger while blending.
- You can also sprinkle some chaat masala just before serving.
