It takes just few minutes to knock it off, but they’re actually healthy with protein, fibre and vitamins.

How to make oats murungai keerai adai, oats drumstick leaves adai:
1. Soak the dals in water for at least 1 hour. Grind ginger, chillies, and fennel seeds with little water.
2. Then add dal and grind again coarsely.3. In a large mixing bowl, add oats, drumstick leaves, onion, ground dal, coriander leaves, salt, and asafoetida. Stir well and add enough water to make it a thick batter.4. Grease the pan with few drops of oil. Take a ladle full of batter and spread the batter to form a thick adai. Cook covered and when one side turns golden brown, flip it over and cook the other side until it turns golden brown. Repeat the same for the remaining batter.Now, oats murungai keerai adai is ready! Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
