How to make mushroom biryani:
1. Grind the ingredients listed under “to grind” to a fine paste.2. Soak the basmati rice in water for 15 minutes. Meantime, heat oil and ghee in a wide-bottomed pan.3. Add the onions and saute until transparent.4.When onions turn transparent, add the ground mixture and stir well. Then add chopped tomatoes, mushroom, salt, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.5. Saute well until the mushroom becomes soft and oil separates. Then add two cups of water and let it come to a rolling boil.6.Now drain the rice and add it to the pan. Close the lid and cook until the rice is done. Fluff the rice carefully with a fork and serve hot. You can also pressure cook the biryani for three whistles.Now, mushroom biryani is ready! Serve hot with raita.
