Mango pudding recipe, how to make mango pudding dessert
Mango pudding has a silky rich texture and tastes simply wonderful with the rich flavor of mangoes. I learned this recipe from here.
I would suggest you to use very ripe mangoes to make this mango pudding, as it make the pudding sublime.Usually, agar-agar is used to thicken the pudding, but we can also use gelatin. Also, if you would like your pudding to be more creamy and sweet, please substitute sugar with condensed milk or evaporated milk.
How to make mango pudding:
1. Chop the mango and blend until smooth.2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gelatin and boiled hot water until no lumps remain.3. Whisk in the sugar and salt until dissolved.4. Stir in the coconut milk, then mango puree until mixture is smooth.
5. Pour into 4 ramekins or small bowls. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.Now, mango pudding is ready! Serve chill and garnish with diced mangoes.
