Mangoes are rich in fiber and water content. Mango and Avocado have lot of health benefits in them. Avocados have anti-inflammatory properties and has healthy fat in it. Also Avocados boosts immune system and controls blood pressure. Whereas Mangoes prevents constipation and are a great source of Vitamin A and C.
During a playdate, Sanvi’s friend’s mom said that she loves mango and avocado salad so much. Both mangoes and avocados are in season now, so I thought I should try it out. She also said the salad is very easy and simple to make. I decided to try it out for Sunday dinner because that is when I would be very tired and waiting to rest. Also Gj loves salad, so he would happily have it for dinner.
It just took me five minutes to make this wholesome Mango Avocado Salad. Even if you are not a salad person, try this salad and you’ll love it.
How to make mango avocado salad:
In a large serving bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, salt and Pepper Powder to taste. Slowly whisk in oil. Then add mangoes, cucumber and avocado. Toss well.
Now, Mango Avocado Salad is ready!Serve immediately.
