Malai Chicken Tikka Recipe, Chicken Malai Kabab. A very easy and tasty kabab which is made by marinating in cream, yogurt and spices. You can have the kebabs as a snack or as a side for Rotis or Biryani.
I have already posted Chicken Seekh Kabab recipe and you all liked it so much. Now I am posting Chicken Malai Kabab recipe, and hope you all like it too.

How to make malai chicken tikka or chicken malai kabab:
1. Cut chicken into big size bite pieces. Using a fork, make some tiny impression on the chicken pieces. In a mixing bowl, add curd, cream, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, and salt.
2. Combine the ingredients well, and the add the chicken pieces.
3. Coat the chicken well with the mixture and marinate for one hour. Meantime, soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.
4. After an hour, just keep the butter ready by your side. Gently thread the chicken onto the skewers. Leave them spaced about 1 inch apart. Drizzle butter on top.Now grill the chicken for 8 minutes, or roast in the oven @ 275 degrees until it is cooked on one side. Then gently flip the chicken over and cook it for another 8 minutes. Sprinkle butter and coriander leaves on top.
Now, Chicken Malai Kabab is ready! Serve hot with Coriander Yoghurt Raita and Mint Yoghurt Raita.
