Iyengar bakery bread sandwich is a very tasty, simple and healthy bread sandwich. It has an amazing flavor from the combination of carrot, onion and mint leaves.

How to make Iyengar bakery bread sandwich or vegetable bread toast:
1. In a pan, heat oil. Add onions and fry until its raw smell goes off. Add grated carrot and salt.
2. Add turmeric powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chillies in an order. Saute for five more minutes.
3. Toast the breads with little ghee. Stuff the breads with the cooked sandwich or you can also sandwich the breads using the sandwich maker.
Now, iyengar bakery bread sandwich is ready!
- I have used bigger pieces of carrot and mint leaves because Gj likes it this way. If the carrots are grated and finely chopped, it tastes great and would not come in between when you eat the sandwich.
