How to make Cucumber Juice or Vellarikkai Juice:
- You can add honey if desired.
- Adjust the quantity of water and sugar as you wish.
- Cucumber juice should be consumed within 15 to 20 minutes of extraction to prevent chemical reactions and loss of nutrients.
- While making this drink, you can also add carrots, tomato and beetroot along with salt and pepper.
