Chinese shrimps stir fry recipe is one of my favorite chinese shrimps recipes. This easy shrimp stir fry calls for soya sauce and just few ingredients. It goes well with fried rice and noodles.
I have tasted chinese shrimps stir fry in chinese & asian restaurants. I found this restaurant version of easy shrimps stir fry to be very easy.
Several varieties of shrimp like pink, white, brown and jumbo prawns go well for easy shrimp stir fry. I prefer the brown because of firm texture which makes easy to cook. Fresh or frozen shrimps does not make a big difference.
Cleaning is very important.
- Remove shrimp from the shell.
- Make a slit from top to bottom and remove the black vein. The black vein is the digestive tract and is safe to remove.
Hmmm….as I write this post, my tongue is watering again. I love to have this stir fried shrimps dish again right away!
How to make chinese stir fry shrimps:
1. In a pan, heat butter. Add shrimps and fry for 5 minutes. Sim the fire and then add the ginger garlic paste.2. Add onions followed by soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fry well.3. When shrimps are cooked (will take about 7 minutes), switch off the stove. Garnish with chopped green part of spring onions.Now, chinese shrimp stir fry is ready! You can serve it with fried rice and noodles.
