How to make beetroot pakora or beetroot pakoda:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Beetroot and onion will leave water, so do not add water. Combine well and if needed, sprinkle few drops of water.2. Set the beetroot mixture aside. Meantime, heat oil in medium to high flame for deep frying the pakoras. Pinch small pieces of the beetroot mixture and drop it gently to the hot oil.3. Fry until pakoras turn crispy, and then drain them on a tissue paper.
